        The staff here are extremely miserable, grumpy and rude. They have no sense of customer service whatsoever. Ive been many times to post parcels, pay in money etc. they always act like they are doing the customer a favour and often scowl and act rudely. God forbid you do something that they dont expect (like unfolding notes, or cross out an old barcode). Horrible experience. It doesnt cost anything to be courteous and kind - if you dont like your job then move on!

        I'm quite disappointed. This is because I went inside the store to return my Amazon parcel because Amazon recommended that this store accepts Amazon returns, but the shop assistant behind the counter refused to take the parcel. He rudely stated that this is not the right barcode, despite the fact that it was provided by Amazon. He was quite rude to me and didn't explain why the barcode wasn't valid. If you ever need to return an Amazon package, do not go to this store.
