Small little shop. Understaffed. Has a lot of products for a convenience store. Not enough staff but staff are usually attentive and helpful.

A lot of the staff, in particular the ones working in the afternoon /evening and extremely rude and arrogant. One of the shop assistants obviously doesn't know much English so if a customer asks for anything, he will just reply, "no have"! I also witnessed an episode when he charged a customer twice on his card and then refused to admit or refund. One of the cashiers is usually terribly rude to Asian and black customers but not to white customers. She is Asian herself. I haven't made a complain but people have said that if they complain, they are sent a voucher but nothing gets done about the rude and incompetent staff.

terrible customer service, as always went there did some shopping and all i did was asked lady cashier if she charge me the right price and she said you haven't skipped your morning tea, so its like i should keep my mouth shut if i have been charge double or overpriced what a shame then i stopped going there..... don't really like the way they treat customer so rude and they also need to change there 10p bags because the quality of it too cheapand one more thing they never help customers and don't expect them to say sorry or thankyou and most of the staff members don't even understand english.
