The pool and "spa" area really let it down. Feel like during the months of lockdown they should have invested money into maintaining the club, even little things like dirty grout in the steam room hasn't been sorted. Just seems really run down now, which is disappointing. The Gold membership price tag has been reduced but I still think its steep for the quality of facilities provided.
