Subway

Absolutely appalling service. I was charged 7.80 for a 6 " sausage egg and cheese with a black coffee. I queried the amount with the you lady who spoke to a red headed chap with a beard. About 25 years of age, who asked "what's the problem fella". I explained, and was informed that the young lady was new and I had to give her a break. Then preceded to tell me to get out and that I was rude. I will never used subway again, such was the embarrassment caused. Just out of curiosity, why was a new starter left on the till on her own, when an allegedly capable member of staff was stood in the doorway idling. Pathetic behaviour from the young man from start to finish. I do hope calling 52 year old men FELLA is not in subways handbook. NEVER EVER AGAIN.

Staff were swearing in front of kids, not wearing uniform, threw the sandwich together, when I ordered salad I was laughed at, whipping each other with phone charging cables. The lad and lass on shift at the time of the review should be sacked

Food acceptable, service appalling. No offer of glove changing between meat and veggie prep! Kids behind the counter far too interested in flirting with each other than actually serving customers. Stinking attitude when challenged. NOT WORTH IT!
