Festive Lights Ltd Head Office (Online store only)

Ordered on the 7th November, paid for delivery of 2-4 business days. It is now the 19th November and not even a dispatch email. Quick enough to take payment but not sending products out to customers.

On paper 12mOutdoor C6 String Lights are great but there's a flaw: the multi option controller has no memory and reverts each time the lights go off to the unloved "madness/demented" sequence with which it starts the next evening's show. This necessitated a trip to the controller (was in a garage and now moved indoors) to reset for our sanity: the off/on/off/on; flashflashflash; light slowly/light quickly; quickslowquickslowquickslow sequence not conducive to good health. FL were helpful in replacing the controller but the new one has exactly the same fault. Other than that the lights are great, good quality and seem well made compared with other sets we've had. So: if you can easily access the controller to reset every time they go on I would recommend; if you have a journey across rocky terrain in the dark I'd reconsider.

WOW this company is fantastic I recently bought some solar balloon lights for the garden and omg they are fabulous so much so I ordered more sadly one was slightly damaged I contacted them and it was replaced next day .Sadly during the storm on Tuesday 2 of the light were smashed I tried to order more but they are out of stock so I called the head office to see if they carried spares to my delight they did andvposted them out to me the very next day THAT MAKES THEM MY GO TO PLACE FOR LIGHTS FROM NOW ON THE AFTER SALES IS FANTASTIC well done festive lights if only everyone ran their business like you Thanks you so much to all concerned

Outstanding product, quality through out. Now these arent the cheapest product on the market but there is a very good reason for this, they are the best in the market. If you are looking for out door lights that will last you years then make the investment with these guys and be the envy of your neighbours!!
