Went here last night. Food was edible but not amazing like I expected for the price we paid. Had sloppy lasagna and Luke warm chips. Won't be visiting again in a hurry

We have been regulars at the bowling green for years always looking forward to our treat on a Friday there are 3 of us and we loved the adult area and felt really at home, the staff are lovely and friendly and the food was always good and reasonably priced , but last time we came 2 weeks ago it was a new menu, new prices and we are convinced a new chef ! The food was not as good as it is usually and the cost was extortionate , I know things have gone up but is there any need for these costs to be so high, our bill for a basic tea was over 63 which has really priced us out, so Thankyou for the last few years but we are now trying to find a new Friday treat
