Buy a Bike

Brilliant shop, friendly family business, not too pushy and listen to your needs. They help me select the perfect model for me from the manufacturer Riese and Muller that have many different (confusing) configurations. Their whole setup is excellent. Delivered the bike carefully on the day promised, wouldn't hesitate to recommend. Thanks.

Should be called we dont want you to buy a bike I telephoned to say that I was interested in the new enviliv advanced pro 1, which the giant website said they had a medium in stock. I telephoned to see if I could travel to have a look as I was interested in getting this bike, but wanted to see it first and wasnt sure if Id need a small or medium. The gentleman on the phone was very off hand. Its still in the box and they wouldnt build it was a 4600 bike. But I dont want to buy a bike that expensive and not see it first I would need to put a deposit on the bike before they would build it. And also stated that I might not buy it from them anyway as I was traveling a distance (they didnt realise that my family live 2 miles away from their shop and I visit regularly) So I went to giant liverpool who were amazing, excellent customer service and I purchased the enviliv advanced 1 . And while there my husband has seen a bike too. My advise go to giant liverpool for a liv or giant bike Date of experience: 27 February 2023

Fantastic shop these guys are very welcoming and knowledgeable a superb range of bikes for all types of riders and great prices too they do services on bikes too

This a family run business, and they are all very helpful staff who will go that extra mile to help but not pushy, Even the after service is good too and they good advise about accessories for you bike too.

Absolutely first class. No sales pressure, just friendly, helpful and knowledgeable staff. A massive range of quality bikes and accessories. Extremely satisfied.
