Casterbridge Boarding Kennels

We usually take our dog to another kennels but they were fully booked, we looked around and found this place. Two weeks after our dog returned from Casterbridge kennels and he still isn't right. On getting him home we found that his coat was so matted on the chest and belly that he had to have clumps of fur removed down to the skin. He had a chronic stomach bug that was so severe that he started passing blood and also had conjunctivitis. Absolutely will not be using this place again. She seemed a nice lady but our dog was not properly cared for.

We have been using Casterbridge for over 10 years and have always been happy with the care our two terriers receive. They are happy to be there and we know they are well looked after in Mel's safe hands.
