Thank you to Forever Timber for all your help and support while purchasing and erecting our BBQ Pavillion. Chris especially was so helpful and kept in touch through the whole process and was only ever an email away - answered all our questions promptly and happily! A great company to purchase from and would have no hesitation in recommending them . A 5 star company with 5 star customer service! Our BBQ Pavillion is of great quality and was easy enough for hubby to put up. Chris was super helpful with the ground plans etc. Delivery was as stated and we are more than happy with our purchase! Excellent service from some very helpful and friendly folks. Due to planning problems (we hadn't realised we were in a conservation area and then found out we had a council that really loves its red tape) we had to cancel our order and Ben and Chris were magnificent in getting this all sorted out. Can't, unfortunately, comment on the product as we never got the thing (but it looked great and was just what we wanted), but the service was world class. Strongly recommended.

I should have written this months ago, I'm so pleased I chose Forever Timber to install my garden building. From the first time I made contact with them I knew how lucky I was to have come across them. They were helpful, friendly, honest and were happy to answer any questions. They helped with the design process by making minor suggestions without putting me under any pressure to follow their advice. They were able to customise the building to accommodate a fireplace and were even happy to contact the manufacturer for me. When it came to installation, they were an absolute pleasure to have around. I never doubted their expertise and I feel like thanking them every time I step into my garden. I recommend Forever Timber if you're looking for an excellent quality products, that are well priced and expertly fitted by genuinely nice people.
