        We found Min to be antagonistic following an issue with a recent order of which he managed to upset our Operations Director and Field Services Manager. The guy has a knack for mixed customer service skills, some days good some bad. I would highly recommend getting somebody in place with these skills Min.

        The web site is a little like a trade-only site (but it is not) but once you get in contact with staff they are very good.

        Spoke with Min to try and solve why wifi calling not working, was antagonistic and unhelpful, didn't listen and just wanted to get me off the phone by saying it could be the bandwidth despite me saying we were getting 30mbs. Sending product back
