Please do not deal with this company as they are totally unprofessonal and will keep promising things and wont do them. In october we had them turn up to do a quote. they man trevor seems nice but that is all. they were fast to do the quote but EVERY other time we spoke to them they said they would send the quote or call us they didnt. we had to chase them about 12 times. then when they finally sent the quote which was 6 weeks later. they said they would book us in for the job. we told them that before we pay we need to have an idea of the time that the job would be done by. Trevor again promised but never called back. so after chasing finally in December I called and got a mobile phone and then yesterday finally got Trevor on the phone again and he said ok he would send the email. It NEVER arrived so today my partner called them and he said oh i am not working today i will send it tomorrow. This is now the 13th promise. So until they improve their customer service and deliver what they promise i would not recommend them. we are professionals and this is not professional.
