Vehicle was returned with a damaged door. Sure have told me I need to contact gatwick airport for pictures of my van showing no damage prior. Nice easy cop out for them.

Drop off was as described We came back in the night before the scheduled pick up Been told by very rude guy we have to wait 3-4 hours or more I told him we have a 4 years old child but for him thats not a big deal Had to book an uber with a child seat, just came back home 3 hours after we landed The guys (Asad i believe) was extremely rude I'm really surprised from his behaviour but reading the rest of the comments i belive this is the company policy Will have to drive back to Gatwick tomorrow hopefully the car will not be damaged because i can see that most of the reviews are saying that this is not unusual In general cowboys operating in Gatwick - how is this Gatwick approved parking supply is a mystery for me 2 start cause they picked up the car as described, the rest is starless
