Fantastic service from start to finish buying a Vantage S Roadster. The car is like new and the care and detail that Fratelli Cars put into the presentation is second to none. The test drive was well organised and relaxed and the communications clear and concise around payment and collection. They really take pride in what they do, more professional than a main dealer with the specialist dealer expertise. I cant recommend enough. From the get go, Geoff and Paula were friendly, professional and helpful. We bought a fully specd Range Rover Velar which was exactly as described over the phone and beautifully presented in person. Fratelli Cars is different from the normal used car dealerships; we found them honest, trustworthy and welcoming. Our phone calls were always answered or returned promptly and any questions answered even after our purchase. The whole process was smooth and trouble free. We are thrilled with the car and wouldnt hesitate to use Fratelli Cars again. Highly recommended.
