        My car's Auxiliary drive belt came off and went there for help. With a happy face, he came and look at my car and he said he can't help on that day but he did give me an appointment. The car broke down a few minutes after that due to the battery discharge, called AA and the AA helped me straight away put the belt back in position and took my car to another garage and they fixed it straight away. Moral of the story: Need appointment can't rely on emergency. But I will go back to them in future.

        No bs, no lies, just truth. A rare in the auto mechanic world nowadays but it exists here. Not once have they ever tried to fleece me with bogus repairs, they have always been honest and upfront as a business, and I keep going back. :D
