Aquatics to Your Door

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY ABSOLUTELY DISGUSTING CUSTOMER SERVICE, ORDERED ORDERED 8 FISHES 9-11cm BUT RECEIVED 5-6cm AND ONE WAS ALREADY DEAD , I EMAILED THEM WITH PICTURES BUT THEY NEVER RESPONDED, I CALLED SERVAL TIMES WITHOUT ANY JOY WHICH IS EXTREMELY DISAPPOINTING , ITS SAFE TO SAY THEY LOST ANOTHER CUSTOMER

Unfortunately 3/4 of the fish they sent me died within a few hours of being in my tank, the majority a few days after. Even the snails became infected. Ive been keeping fish for little over 20 years. This was my first and last time Ill order online. Ive never known such a large amount of fish to die like this. Even though the fish were packed well they arrived late on delivery and cold on arrival.

Extremely helpful staff. Gave me lots of advice before purchase and then on arrival unfortunately I had a couple of dead fish (2 of MANY). Contacted them and again extremely helpful and sorted the issue. I can't recommend highly enough.

This is same review I posted on trust pilot. This was my first time ordering fish from Aquatics to your door and I was like some others anxious given some of the negative feedback. My fish arrived and I was happy that firstly I received the correct species I ordered, and secondly they were alive. There was one fish that looked a bit dopey but once it had been in the quarantine tank for the first 10 minutes in the bag it perked up,and after an additional 10 minutes in the bag but left open was as lively as the others. I kept the fish in the quarantine tank for 7 days for observation in case of illness and to make sure they were all healthy and feeding .they are now in the main tank with there other tank mates and doing very well. The only thing was 6 out of 9 were about 1cm smaller than approximate size ordered, the bags they came in could have had a bit more air in them and a few more heat pads as by the time the fish arrived the box was cold . My overall expectation had been exceeded and I'm very happy with my fish .
