        Went to Charlwood Aquatics today and was warmly welcomed by a lovely young lady. Gave us lots of information of the fish and showed my little girl where all the big Koi was. Purchased 8 Koi today, amazing quality and will 100% purchase all my fish here again.

        Firstly I wasn't sure if I was at the right place, it's as though you're driving on someone's driveway. Once there I was really disappointed with the conditions of the tanks, shop and fish health. I found at least 6 tanks with dead or dying fish, massively overstocked in others. In the koi ponds I saw many fish that looked in poor health with lesions on skin etc and very dirty water. I have kept all kinds of fish my whole life and I left with tears in my eyes. The staff were very nonchalant and only offered us help when they were told to by a manager/owner. I won't go back and I wouldn't recommend.
