Prior to my father-in-law passing away I wanted to know more regarding Pure Cremations and what it entails, the call handler was empathetic and spoke to me in great depth. On the passing of my father-in-law, the call handler was patient even though I was upset, she patiently waited and supported me throughout the call. We was kept informed about the cremation, when his ashes would be returned. The currier who brought him back was amazing shown empathy towards me as it was an emotional time for me. Has a family we would high would highly recommend Pure Cremations

Very professional & accommodating, took all the hassle out of what could've been a very fraught time. All dealt with in the best possible manner & the person who delivered mum's ashes back was very nice & polite. I'll be using them for my own funeral & my family have already been informed.
