DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THIS COMPANY ONLINE! I ordered a jumper as a Christmas present at a cost of 129.00 and it was returned on the 13th January and received by Holland Cooper at 12.17 that day. I am still waiting for a refund, nearly one month on! Their online customer service is one of the worst I have ever come across. They even acknowledged that they had received the return and still not process the refund. Once I queried it again they then said they had not received the package and we had to prove it had been delivered. From a supposed high end brand like this, it has been a shambolic effort from the customer care team. BEWARE if you are ordering online! Go to the boutique instead where the customer service is second to none.

The Holland Cooper boutique is stunning. This was my first visit. I have purchased a few items from stockists but I was blown away to see the entire HC range. I visited here to purchase a coat. The sales assistant was extremely patient and devoted her time to helping me and brought different sizes and colours. It was impeccable service and the store was friendly and welcoming. I now have my dream coat and cant wait to return to HC boutique.

Don't be wooed by the nice designs. Poor quality, overpriced products, and diabolical after service when we discovered faults on an expensive garment. Oh and you should be aware that this brand which boats it is "Quintessentially British", seems to now have most (if not all) of their products made abroad. We discovered the Holland Cooper brand and love the designs they sell. We spent quite a bit on our first visit and were looked after well. Later we discovered faults on a wool jumper, but all our efforts to contact by phone, voicemail, various email addresses, website, facebook and even linked-in, were ignored. This is an issue that way too many people have complained about - check out facebook, trustpilot, google reviews and you'll see. Only when we threatened trading standards and legal action did we receive a response - which offered to resolve the issue by inviting us back in to spend some more money via a 'personalised shopping experience'! Eventually got a refund though I had to pay to return the item, and spent literally hours dealing with this, for what should have taken 10mins. Sick of some companies thinking it's ok to ignore problems that need dealing with. You did the difficult bit by gaining us as a customer. But once again, as many have reported, you failed at the easy bit and have now lost us as a customer for good.
