I totally respect covid safety, but to be left standing in the rain yesterday while a delivery was taken, with no verbal confirmation of what was happening just the pulling across the door of the hastily improvised Closed for delivery sign stuck onto the cashpoint sign. I stood for 20 mins until the delivery was complete, asked if we could then go in to have the first verbal interatction from a member of the staff to say they would be another 15-20 mins. 40 MInutes for sorting a delivery at 13:00 was totally missing the point of a "Convenience Store". Talk to your customers, give them a choice, dont bother with me, its quicker to go into Dorchester for anything if you get caught by this.
