        Booked in with this lady more than once. She cancelled on the day of my appointment literally an hour before. I tried to book in again could not get a hold of her. She seemed very unprofessional and I have been unsatisfied with the whole experience. Would not recommend her to anyone! I appreciate you offering a free initial appointment now but due to the lack of communication from you till now which seemed to only cause your attention now due to me leaving a comment. You made no attempt to offer to re book for an appointment for me and anyhow I no longer require your service as I can not book with someone who cancels short notice and did not at the time treat me as a client professionally.

        Lottie is a true pro at waxing. I felt really comfortable with her & it wasn't as painful as it has been elsewhere! I'd totally recommend Hot wax cottage!
