Hi Mitchell's & Butlers, I'm not one for ever complaining but he goes unfortunately, I've visited your restaurant over the last 3 months on several occasions, honestly what is going on here service is terrible, stock levels are (Always low) which I understand sometimes bit this regularly thing now? Staff are rood , poor poor hospitality from ( Mitchell's & butlers stonehouse brand? Maybe take a leaf out of the round oak at merry hill as there setup is secound to none 5 star.

Visited this establishment over the weekend with family and enjoyed the carvery on offer. Our table was attended by a lovely young woman ( Laura) who was friendly and very efficient. Food was freshly cooked and served hot. Overall an excellent meal with family and we look oforward to returning soon

Really tasty carvery here, dog friendly in the bar, and really helpful and pleasant service from the staff, special mention to Joshua. Thanks guys
