        The roomnumber 12 was comfortable and clean, but there were hairs on the bed that seemed to fall and quilt cover inside out(see picture). The environment is very good, suitable for couples and families for leisure travel. The hotel also offers free parking. The staff are friendly but the hotel policy is not very friendly. Credit card information needs to be recorded when paying, even with a pin. I believe that the hotel will keep the private information of the guests well, but there is still a possibility of leakage. Why do hotels keep credit card information now that contactless swipes or pins are available everywhere. Except for the hair on the bed and the payment, everything else can be given 5 star.

        Rooms: Spacious, quiet, comfortable bed, good choice of hot drinks and biscuits. Old fashioned Nearby activities: NationalTrust, Charlecotte Park next door, good venue. 4 miles totown of Stratford
