        The actual racecourse is fantastic. The staff are charming and helpful. What let's it down is the catering pop ups. To be honest they were all sadly lacking and not the quality I would have expected which is sad. Exeter racecourse food franchises beats them hands down. So, take your own food, buy a beer there and enjoy the racing.

        Family day with 90min queues for the inflatables which then shut a good hour before the final race. Trashy food, no water stations, rubbish everywhere. Oh there were a few people in fancy dress but given the hyperbole about a family day with 'entertainment' we were left wondering why so little effort for families was made. Oh and one ice cream van and on a warm day... Another opportunity to queue for half an hour!
