Charlbury Yoga Studio

I have enjoyed and benefitted from Matthew's classes for 5 years. He is very knowledgeable and experienced, with a calm, kind manner which makes learning and practising a pleasure. Matthew encourages us with clear instruction, demonstration and clever use of the equipment in his studio. In the Summer we enjoy the fresh air, the sounds of birdsong and sometimes the church bells while we work. After the class I feel as if my body has unravelled as well as grown stronger and I always sleep well that night.

This is a wonderful yoga studio for beginners and the more seasoned yogi. Matthew creates a very calming class that is both as relaxing as it is a challenge. Having just left his class this evening with a fantastic sense of wellbeing, I felt compelled to leave this 5 star review. Looking forward to next week already.

I have been practising yoga for over 50 years and Matthew has been an outstanding teacher. His combination of an excellent teaching style and the ability to help individuals to reach their fitness potential is, whatever their level of expertise and age, unmatched. I cannot recommend him too highly and his warm and friendly approach makes his yoga sessions a pleasure to attend.
