Cotswold Wedding Veils

I ordered my belt for my wedding dress which is in couple of weeks. Sharon went over and beyond to accommodate my wishes when the belt I wanted wasn't available anymore. She was helpful, friendly and deliver amazing customer service. I can't recommend her enough. She made me feel special and was very apologetic when the belt I wanted wasn't available, but came with amazing solutions.

Huge thankyou to Sharon for all of her help when picking my veil for my big day. She was so helpful and lovely. The veil arrived and it's just perfect and a fraction of the price I'd been quoted in my bridal dress shop. Would highly reccomend. Thanks again Sharon!

I ordered three item with this company. A faux fur cape, a brooch and a bridal belt. I waited for over a week for the items to be despatched and although it says on the website that some items have to be ordered in (which isnt made very clear might I add) it also states that they will be in touch with you should any item need to be ordered especially. This wasnt the case, I had to message them a week later to chase them up on what was going on with my order. I was told that they were waiting on an order of the faux fur capes. I then asked them to cancel the brooch and the cape (as time had been ticking away, and needed the items fast). They did so, and sent out my belt quickly. When it arrived I thought it was ok, but nowhere near worth the money I paid for it! Ive tried getting in touch with this company several times via their chat function on the website because I still havent received a refund for the items that have been cancelled! Its like getting blood out of a stone! I still havent heard anything and they still have my money. Im very unhappy and will not be using nor recommending this company ever again. Absolute shambles.

This company is amazing. I needed a veil quickly and sent various messages which they responded very promptly and even sent it the following day. I couldnt believe it and will recommend this company to my friends. Also the veil is so soft and such high quality very happy with the product and service. Thanks again for everything. Emma x
