        MAX BENON, shouldn't be in this trade and certainly doesn't know how to speak to potential buyer. The most RUDE sales agent with discriminating behaviour with. Requested a viewing this morning and he couldn't even be bothered to ask me if i am an investor and started firing there is no point unless you got cash. I mean why would i call in the first place. Also stating people who have 3 houses are bidding on it. How does that justify for this behaviour? I am an investor and have a portfolio of properties and still looking to buy more. I WOULD STRONGLY SUGGEST TO THE PEOPLE OF CHARLBURY USE ANY ESTATE AGENTS BUT THESE.

        Max and the team at Fairfax sold our house within six weeks of being on the market and helped us find a rental to keep the chain moving. Even though they are busy they always got back to me by the end of the day.
