I Noticed this company name has now changed their address. FRAUD INVESTIGATORS are already preparing a case against them. Due to them denying receiving my payment via BACS last week. STAY CLEAR OF THIS COMPANY. STAY CLEAR OF EVERY TYRE COMPANY CLAIMING TO BE ASSOCIATED WITH DELTILOG, DELTICOM, My Tyres, Giga Tyres, Tyres Outlet are some of their undercover names. Check the addresses for them all and find them all to be at the same address. CLAIMING to be in OXFORDSHIRE. They are actually IN GERMANY. BEWARE AND SPREAD THE WORD ON FACEBOOK !!!

I had the same experience as the other two reviewers. The company holds itself out as a UK company (.co.uk) and has a UK address, but there is very little stock in the UK and your order will almost certainly come from Germany, which these days is very slow. That is not made clear when you order. Plus, the tyres were (eventually) delivered to my local garage, but with no contact info for the garage to contact me, which led to further delay. The result was that winter tyres that I ordered on 19 January (OK, admittedly rather late in the season) didn't (as far as I knew) arrive until 15 February. Not worth fitting them now, so I'll just keep them until next winter.

This company are a sham, theyre great at taking your money but are completely useless at providing you with the tyres. Buyer beware!! They tell you the tyres are held at customs but they dont have them, its just their way of triggering a shipping number so stop you hassling them. Do not buy from them. Delti is the group company - avoid at all costs.

Advertise as UK company but actually ship from abroad, 5 day delivery became 2 weeks when tires got stuck in customs then when finally delivered they were not only wrong size but wrong make too, blatantly went dark when asked for refund and had to get PayPal to sort it out. Avoid like the plague!
