Jill (on reception) is always very friendly and helpful. Makes taking your pet to the vets much less stressful. The vets are all professional and answer any questions you have.

Poor communication. Phoned around 3weeks ago as required some worming tablets (should be easy enough as worming tablets are regularly required), was told by reception that it has to be requested via repeat prescription and to phone again, option 2 and leave my request by message. One week later I phoned to check if in and was told "no sorry next week." Another week went by and nothing. Visited my Charing branch in person to ask where are they? And...... Notice on the door states now closed as of 6th September (nobody mentioned that on the phone!.) Phoned again and Faversham branch answered, explained I was awaiting worming tablets and once again told "next week." Had a bit of a moan up, was apologised to (to be fair), and told it would be dealt with urgently. Phonecall later to myself which I missed, and tablets are ready. Though will have to phone again to see where I collect from. I know things happen and sometimes unforeseeable but communication is key.
