Following our move to Kent IT Maintenance (KIT) a couple of years ago, weve never looked back! We are a medium sized UK regional charity based in East Kent, looking to fully migrate everything into the cloud. We also wanted a one stop shop where equipment such as laptops could be sourced quickly, at good value for a decent spec, and new users could be added / removed easily and quickly. In addition, we were very much single office based, but wanted colleagues to be able to work remotely and more flexibly, with everything remaining safe and secure. KIT are solution focused and find ways to achieve what we need and dont turn our requests into large projects. If we have complex projects in mind, we can pick the phone up and chat it though, or email of course. Everything is responded to in plain English, no jargon, quoted accurately and completed quickly. Routine issues are dealt with quickly, efficiently, and incredibly politely. Our colleagues can even contact KIT direct for IT support, its truly a great service. If you are thinking about switching IT service providers, have a chat with Kent IT. On the day of lockdown back in March 2020, our IT cloud migrations were complete, and thanks entirely to KIT, we were able to seamlessly and securely transfer from office based to remote working. I still cant believe how smoothly that went! KIT are totally professional, responsive, great value for money, polite and helpful. Its an absolute pleasure doing business with them. Didn't answer my email when wrote to them. I had a query with one of their products on my system. Very disappointed, as they rave on about their customer service on their website.

We turned to Kent IT to help us with our out dated office IT set up and they haven't disappointed. Woodlands Poultry Farm is a family run free range egg producer that has grown over the last 30 years but the office set up did not keep up. Gary, Adam and Matt were able to advise, supply and set up our IT system. They have also been there to sort out teething problems that haven't always been technical issues. The team at Kent IT offer a knowledgeable, professional and friendly service at a fair and affordable price and we would highly recommend them and their service.

Very helpful when setting up complex new phone line system & additional network ports for new computers in the office. Great service :)
