"Hi John and Susan, We wanted to take the time to say a massive thank you for the massive effort you made for us on our wedding day yesterday, we had been talking recently before the wedding about how nice it has been for a supplier to be as attentive as you have been as we have had some issues along the way with suppliers not responding to emails/txts etc but with your company you have always made the first move which I thank you for. The main reason for the email is to say thank you so much for making our day so special as this wasnt just a ride in a car it was an experience, an experience that will last a long time in our memories, not just because the cars looks stunning but for your kind nature and thoughtfulness, you accommodated our young daughter who was thrilled to be part of the experience, the hand written name glasses you gave us are a memorable gift, thank you. We would like to give you something in return, we have attached a picture that was taken of Lady Susan on the way to Lydd, we hope that you like it and use it as you wish.
