Cannot praise Charing Practice enough. In particular Dr. Knottenbelt !! So kind caring and helpful. Came away this morning pain free after my joint injection. Thank you to all staff members, your all stars

Can't praise this practice and its staff enough. My absolutely favourite is Dr Knottenbelt, what a character! Makes patient feel comfortable, easy to talk to, no question is too much, very thorough and detailed. I filled in e-consult today, received an email stating I will get a call back next day, however reception called same day asking if I could pop in. Amazing service, big thank you to all clinical and non-clinical staff as well as pharmacy.

Alas Charing surgery has gone down the road of other surgery's round the country. Where the patient is an occupational hazard . One can only be ill at certain times of day . Otherwise no help here . Was a very good surgery but money not the patient is key. Sad! They wonder why A&E is overstretched when the Doctors surgerys cannot see patients. Obviously we are all going down the private route like dentists. Bad show Charing sort this out .

The Medical team are OK - the new e-consult system works well however Pharmacy management have always been too bothered about having the latest technology, at the expense of customer service - I deal with another busy pharmacy for my mother - no robots - no long queues
