Always such a friendly welcome and happy to deal with special dietary needs and medication giving when needed.
When we collect our two cats they are always really calm and settled and while obviously happy to be home they show no signs of stress which is wonderful as we have experienced this in the past with other catteries.
Would definitely recommend.
Thanks so much Sarah and team

They prioritise understanding, the needs and safety of the cat.
Not only, I had an amazing welcome and support when collecing Tazer, they made sure that we were safe and sound. Needless to say that Tazer looked in a great shape and Idefinitely recommended Catkins.

I had made up my mind to take them to Catkins when I visited and noticed that all the cats that were there at the time were so chilled out, happy and well groomed.
Throughout their time there it certainly seems that Toki and CeCe received loads of love and attention, and when Toki had a mishap he was taken straight to their local vets and everything communicated thoroughly to me. I never worried at all about their wellbeing, and when I came to pick them up they were the in the best groomed state they'd ever been, healthy and their normal affectionate and loving selves.
Anyone considering Catkins for a long stay should put all their fears at bay because your cats will be in the best hands possible.
