I would have given more than 5 stars if I could have. A big thank you to Craig, Sarah and John for the safe delivery of our much loved mum, mother in law, Nan and great grandmother from Spain after suffering a stroke. Craig was brilliant at talking us through what needed to be done our end whilst he handled the logistics his end, making a very stressful situation easier to deal with. We had complete trust in BM Ambulance Service from our first phone call to you. Thank you to Sarah and John for your care on the return journey home from Spain which took 24hrs door to door and was ahead of schedule. We were able to track and speak to the Team via a Group WhatsApp the whole journey home, keeping us informed as to how Mum was doing. A quality service! Thank you

Very impressed with the service provided by Ellie and her colleague who went above and beyond for my step mum. I would highly recommend and will definitely use BM Ambulance again should the need arise.

My husband and I would highly recommend BM Ambulance, Craig and the team. I do not know of another company that does exactly what they promise. From my first contact everyone was caring and concerned about our situation (my husand was very ill in a German hospital). What they promised to do they delivered on, every communication was responded to professionally and immediately. It eased all the worry and stress I was feeling. The day we were picked up, the team arrived on time after arranging everything, they made the journey comfortable and stress free. Thank you the best company and personnel I have ever dealt with.

From the first email I sent enquiring about their services to meeting my aunt in the ambulance once she had been repatriated, I could not have asked for a better experience. Craig and his crew were friendly and professional throughout the whole process. They made my aunt feel so relaxed during the long journey that when talks about her experience its like shes talking about a weekend away with friends!!! There arent enough words to describe how grateful I am. Thank you so much!!
