Friendly, super helpful and quick to come out to install. Worked cleanly and explained everything to me while taking me through the steps. Even got the new TV working to connect the cameras to. Very pleased with the cameras, great quality pictures/videos and all round vision of my property.

I recently changed my ISP and was having a lot of problems with the connection through to my CCTV whilst away from the property "Remoting" my cameras on my phone or PC. I tried to contact Securico for help on the matter, but beyond suggesting changing the admin user password, they weren't prepared to help unless I paid, or if I forked out several hundred on a new system. The problem turned out to be a bit of simple IP and port configuration, which they could easily have offered to me, if it wasn't for their mercenary approach to customer service where they only want to get more money out of you. The system itself is fine, but don't expect any support when it all goes wrong. Get your CCTV from someone else instead.

I had CCTV installed it worked well for a year or so then the cameras stopped working. I have been trying to get them fixed since Dec 2022 we are now in March 23. They insist on sending you email correspondence and you have to reply by email. I have requested Numeralss times if I can have a call because then they can ask me in one call about the various wires they want me to check. I am still waiting for someone to contact me. My warranty runs out in the next few days after which point I am not concerned . What a waste of money!!! Would I recommend them to anyone ? NO!

Poor poor poor had cctv installed and ever since had nothing but problems, I have lost count how many times I have sent emails explaining every problem but not once have they visited to rectify the issues. Dont waste your money because the after care and support is non existent. No doubt they were waiting for my warranty to expire
