        I have been using Easy Tech for some years and always found their service very professional both technically and customer-wise. Martin came out to me today (this is Villette White, Martin if you see this comment) with my laptop all updated, Windows 11 installed and AVG applied for 2yrs. Competitively priced also. Many thanks for another good job done.

        Had to come twice to collect my laptop, as information that was given to me over the phone wasn't correct (it was said to me that they work until 1pm on Saturdays, but when I got there on Saturday they were closed, so had to come again). When collected my laptop I realised that they didn't even bother to screw back the screws and my drive was for given to me separately...overall weird experience.

        EASY TECHS are a brilliant company to deal with. They are lightning fast in replying to you and nothing seems to be too much trouble for them. They are very polite to customers and treat you with respect. I highly recommend them to anybody for business. Excellent and first class to deal with. RAY HAMMOND (Aged 60).
