I bought two sheepskins from this company in March 2022. I washed one of them on the weekend and followed strict online instructions (bearing in mind I already own sheepskins from other companies) The back of the sheepskin became gluey and sticky and has still not dried - four days later. Needless to say it also stinks. I emailed them to complain and got told 'sorry' and 'I do understand your disappointment.' Absolutely no offer of replacing the item or rectifying the situation in any way. Avoid this company at all costs. Seriously inferior products.

selling mens Daniel slippers described as sheepskin, tested these and they are fake man made materials, they say they don't sell fake sheepskin but the fact these are fake is indisputable, poor goods even poorer customer service

I have purchased a rug and this company sent via Royal Mail. Royal Mail claims they delivered the rug and shared a picture of a package on the floor in front of a door that was not mine as I had no package here. Also, asked all my neighbours that claimed they did not receive it either. Reached out to Rughouse and the response was " unfortunately because the item has been delivered and photo evidence taken we are unable to take this further". Paid for a rug that I never got.

Purchased a rather expensive mantel clock. Upon delivery the facia was plain. The clock I ordered the facia had a border with a central motif . They stated that the supplier had changed the design, despite the fact the clock I ordered was still showing on their website. The company offered a full refund upon return, fair enough.However the process of having to do this was not practical. So I suggested a partial refund as a compromise, considering the inconvenience I had already been put through . This compromise was, despite more than one mail requesting a response ,was ignored
