At Mortgage Mind we have varying levels of business which means we need fluctuating administrative assistance to keep our services levels as consistent as possible . Electra at Action PA's took the time to understand our business needs and provided us with a fantastic virtual assistant who is able to work flexible hours both with regards to when and how long they work. As a small business we do not have the cashflow for a full tine or even part time senior administrator. Action PA's have provided a fantastic solution to this, with an introduction to Susan. Susan was able to quickly learn our systems and processes, she is incredibly thorough and communicates professionally with our clients and lenders over email. Susan has also been pivotal in making system and organisational improvements within our business, implementing change into the way we record data and process tasks. I'm incredibly grateful for the help and support Action PA's continues to provide.
