Ache Away

I saw Vanessa today with neck and shoulder pain that I have had for months. She is extremely professional and has worked a miracle on my shoulder and neck. Her hands are wonderful in getting into all those tight and painful areas. I felt very comfortable with her technique and left feeling rejuvenated . I have already made another appointment for 2 weeks time. I would not hesitate to recommend her to family and friends. Thank you so much.

I suffer with aches and pain plus migraines. I moved to the area a year ago and have been looking for someone to help. Vanessa is incredible. Trying to combine my work as a gardener with my hobby of Ultra running has always been difficult; due to the heavy physical toll of both, I have picked up injuries that just won't go away. Despite having regular chiropractic and accupuncture treatment, one session with Vanessa proved just how tight and locked my muscles have become, promoting further injury. I felt awful the day after the massage; physically weighed down and exhausted, but on the third day after, a weight seemed to lift from my shoulders and I felt release from the tension within me for the first time in years. I feel real hope that I am now at a turning point in my recovery and can begin to look forward again.
