Rang to enquire about a landscape strimmer, was asked if i wanted metal or plastic. I said plastic.
When i got there was told rather nonchalantly they only had metal. There was a head with plastic wire in the showroom... I asked what about that.... Was told that doesn't fit the model they have.
When it came out his colleague asked if there was strap. The nonchalant other stated no. I knew my task wasn't massive and i could cope and/or fashion my own.
All in all.... I would use purple hire next door or someone else entirely.
