        Recently used the Taunton branch for a property purchase. Simply appalling service. Did not feel at all like a valued customer. Paperwork mistakes and very poor communication did not instil confidence. Would not use again.

        We had been recommended speaking to Berensens by a friend who had recently used their services in a house purchase. I had initial reservations as the house-move was not local to their premises but i am so pleased we booked them. Prompt, courteous, responsive and helpful, meant what can be a stressful experience was seamless. The Estate Agent themselves remarked at how simple and swift everything had been. I cannot recommend Carinna Parsons and her team highly enough.
