Going against the grain here. All M&D had to do was expedite the will of a close relative, yet they also sent us details of a bequest to another person, which might have been embarrassing in particular family situations. They then forwarded a cheque which couldn't be cashed due to a naming error. By their own admission, they're 'old-fashioned,' but I remember better accuracy from professionals in those good old days!
