We have been using the guys at CMC property services for over 20 years now. They oversaw the development of the family home, advising on all manner of problems from heavy groundworks to creating bespoke furniture. CMC will be properly invested in whatever the task and the quality of work really is exceptional. We recently used CMC services to prepare a bungalow for sale, which they handled as an entire job remotely, providing a comprehensive survey and a very accurate quote. We were able to complete knowing that all defects had been addressed to the highest standard. I recommend without hesitation.

We responded to a flyer that was distributed in our road and cmc came the same day to discuss our requirements of recladding and repointing. We agreed to the price and work began on the date arranged, we cannot speak highly enough of the quality of the work and the clean and methodical way it was carried out. CMC services came to our property after we had a extremely bad experience with another tradesman not completing a job. We are so glad we found Chris! Work completed was pointing and cladding. It was to a very high standard and they were very tidy, cleared up at the end of every day. Very impressed. Walked us through every stage of the process, made us feel involved. Neighbours employed him after seeing the quality of work, he went straight from ours to theirs.! We will be using CMC again, without a doubt, for future projects. So good to find a honest tradesman that cares about his work so passionately..... We cannot recommend this company highly enough, on time, on budget and very easy easy to work with.
