    I would recommend anybody to chose Nikki as their PT. Her knowledge, energy, expertise and encouragement is just the tip of the iceberg when it comes to thinking of how she has changed my mental and physical outlook. I didnt expect to receive the amount of coaching when booking a 4 week session. She has taught me valuable lessons about nutrition, self care and exercise and I have been motivated by her infectious energy to get the results I had hoped for. She is brilliant and her workout space is well equipt with everything you need. 10/10 PT.

    I was a competition winner and that's how I got to meet Nikki. Nikki was so welcoming at our first meeting and reduced my nerves instantly; as I have never really set foot in a gym. She makes sessions enjoyable, fun and unique to your own needs, goals and achievements. Outside of sessions Nikki keeps you informed and always goes that extra mile. You get an all round package with her including nutrition and mental wellbeing. Would highly recommend if your an exercise novice (or if not lol).

Shes a mad ball of energy who always keeps you motivated to push yourself further then you think you can and constantly inspires me to keep pushing forward. Wether at the gym or in my personal life. Nikki has not only helped me achieve the bodys goals I want, she has also helped me become the person I am today, more confident, more positive and taught me to believe in myself. I always look forward to our sessions, they are always fun, hard work and Im constantly learning about the biomechanics of my body. This is down to her incredible knowledge. If you are looking for a fun, positive, inspiring and knowledgeable PT Nikki is the one for you

    I met Nikki 2 years ago, joining the gym she was based at. She made me feel welcome and at ease despite never really going to a gym before. After a few months I decided to sign up for PT with Nikki and I am so glad I made that choice. Sessions are fun but challenging and I always leave feeling on top of the world! I have seen changes in not only my fitness and strength, but also my skin and confidence levels. If you are thinking about giving PT a go, I wouldnt hesitate to recommend Nikki!

    Though I've been attending my local gym for years, I'd gotten to the point where I wasn't seeing any results. For that reason I took part in Nikki's Instagram competition (@fitnessmadnik) for a free Back To Fitness Taster session. After completing that and really enjoying myself, I decided to go ahead with a 4 week, and then subsequently, a 12 week PT programme. Nikki has worked closely with me to formulate a food plan as nutrition was where I was seriously lacking. I'm already feeling more energised now that my food intake has increased. Each PT session includes a range of different exercises that focuses on my problem areas. Nik always brings the energy to make these sessions fun and lively. I'm so excited to see the end result in December! If there's anyone out there wanting to improve their fitness, mindset and nutrition, Nikki is the one to help you reach your goals.
