I didnt expect to receive the amount of coaching when booking a 4 week session. She has taught me valuable lessons about nutrition, self care and exercise and I have been motivated by her infectious energy to get the results I had hoped for.
She is brilliant and her workout space is well equipt with everything you need. 10/10 PT.

Nikki has worked closely with me to formulate a food plan as nutrition was where I was seriously lacking. I'm already feeling more energised now that my food intake has increased. Each PT session includes a range of different exercises that focuses on my problem areas. Nik always brings the energy to make these sessions fun and lively. I'm so excited to see the end result in December!
