I have worked through Pertemps for around 7 months now and I am delighted with every aspect of their service. Everything is properly explained and made easy by the company. The staff are fantastic and ever so patient and helpful. When I first started my job, through Pertemps, I was in communication with a lovely member of staff called Matt Retchless, he ensures my transition process into my new job went perfectly and he was extremely helpful and replied to emails super quickly. Amy King is another amazing member of staff, whom I generally have contact with via email weekly. Nothing is ever too much trouble and how she puts up with my constant questions I will never know! She has the patience of an angel and ensures everything is sorted in a timely manner too. They even sent me a birthday card which I thought was such a lovely touch and put a big smile on my face. Thank you ever so much for all the things you have done for me! I would highly recommend Pertemps :)
