        Absolutely terrible woman on the counter this morning. Didn't understand how anything worked, couldn't find anything, clearly had a problem with her eyes and couldn't see anything ! Spoke to the owner who was very nice, but please please please get some good staff !

        Terrible service. All I wanted to do was deposit a cheque after queuing for almost 20 minutes. I was told to return after another 10 minutes. Disgusting.

        Not the best post office. I recommend going to the post office at Hoyland that have actual trained post office staff.

        Yesterday all I wanted was a postal order & I just needed help doing it as Id never done one. The staff wasnt very helpful at all, it took nearly an hour to get sorted. Everyone else was getting served and I was being pushed to back. It caused me to be very stressed out when all I wanted is something simple doing. Terrible service received.
