Excellent service. Always polite and helpful and very importantly, in the 3 years that they have been my preferred pharmacy, they have never been out of stock of any of my repeat prescription items.

Very good always helpful.Lo's pharmacy at station chapeltown,if you need anything from a chemist use this one .The staff are very professional and so kind and helpful it's a real pleasure to shop there.John is very much included too.Whenever you have to go they are so nice that you feel really good when you come out .Thankyou to all of you ,your kindness and communication skills are amazing .6 July 2022

Having used other pharmacies in Chapeltown/Burncross who were most unhelpful, I can honestly say Lo's customer service is second to none. One of my prescription items was out of stock, they constantly checked stock everyday until they sourced the item for me. Thank you Lo's Pharmacy.
