Good communication with Andrea, if she is busy she will reply after grooming appointments.

Andreas level of grooming I say with all honesty is very good ..
However... her lack of profesionality is totaly lacking ..
I informed her i would be late due to M1 closure.. When I arrived 2 minutes late she already had 2 other dogs in the salon knowing I was on my way with nervous dog .. It took an hour and a half to get home, all in all a 2 hour round trip ..with no groom This was not the first issue we had with her but it was the last ..
