Personally had a Great experience the young ladys that saw me were delightful, although there was an older lady who was very opinionated and talked inappropriately about another customer on my first visit, then on my second visit made a snide comment about me because it was close to closing time!

Picked new glasses today and we were served by Michael who was very knowledgeable, helpful and made sure we got the right frames despite it being late in the day. He helped my partner pick wider frames and was patient while I found alternatives to the ones I had chosen that were out of stock. Credit to the store

Had a bit of a shadow in my eye so called in to make appointment. The young lady told me the were fully booked up but she had her own appointment with the optician and insisted I take it. He gave me a really good check up and sent me directly to the hallamshire where they operated to reattach my retina. Without their speedy assistance I would have lost the sight in that eye. The whole team there are really friendly and helpful. Can't thank them enough.
