Never again with these. Hope youre not in a hurry if you go with Blundells. Excuses and lies from them. First of all theyll tell you to use their recommended solicitors as it cuts out the middle man and keeps everything in house so it gets completed quicker. Oh and the price they tell you for the solicitors lol nearly triple.(Dont get me started on the solicitors). Then you have to drip feed every bit of information they need. They ask you for information or proof of something, you then provide it, a week later they ask you for something else. They cant just give you a list of things you need to provide, no that would be silly wouldnt it. Its drip feed and then drip feed some more. Stay away if you want to keep your sanity.

My house sale was extremely lengthy & the on-line conveyancing process was a nightmare, but the staff at Blundells kept me sane. I often felt they were the only people on my side. Nathan was always available, supportive and willing to find out what was happening. When he left, Debbie stepped in and was very proactive giving me regular updates in a friendly way. She was always on the ball & responded quickly to queries. Both staff had great people skills. Id happily use Blundells again.

From the moment to speaking to Stephanie regarding a viewing a property we were interested in, to placing a offer in and it being accepted. The process was smooth we was informed at all times and the staff at the branch was very helpful, friendly and polite! If we was to ever sell or buy we will definitely use this branch! Can't thank steph enough for everything, she was our main contact and it was always lovely to speak with her when getting updates or any questions we had. Very very happy first time buyers. Myself and my partner were incredibly happy with the branch and its staff
