Mirage Vape Store - Chapeltown

I have used Mirage in Chapeltown for many years and I have never come across another shop that has given me consistently fantastic service. All the assistants have been good but Sophie always goes above and beyond with everything. She is so friendly, extremely kind and helpful in every way possible and to top it off she always greats you with a smile.I hope Mirage appreciates what a credit she is to the company, many other businesses could learn a lot from the high level of customer service given by Mirage and Sophie in particular. I would also like to compliment Mirage for their price increases. In todays climate many shops have increased their prices drastically but Mirage have put 1p on all their products. The prices havent gone up since I started using Mirage so any increase was would have been accepted but a company who arent greedy is like a breath of fresh air when you look at the steep increase in prices in most retail outlets today. So thank you Mirage and a huge THANK YOU to Sophie. A great company all round !

An amazing e cigarette shop. Always have what I want. Always happy to help with anything. When I bought a new ecig the staff were so helpful helping me decide what I wanted for my needs. When I get bored of a flavour the staff will bend over backwards to help me find a new one based on what I want. The staff are so friendly. Highly recommend this branch.
